Step 1: EasyOrder
With several ways to place your order, it couldn't be easier to get the materials you need. Visit our online store, give us a call, or message us on WhatsApp.
With our handy calculators, you can work out exactly how many kits of resin you need or how much artifical grass is requried for that next big project.
It really is that easy.
Step 2: Pick & Pack
Once you've submitted your order, it's processed and the goods are picked & packed.
Installing the border first and want it packed on a separate pallet? No problem!
Our team are trained to help with your installation, so everything is clearly labelled and loaded onto separate palettes to keep it nice and tidy.
Step 3: Quality Control
Once picked the materials are double checked and marked up accordingly to ensure there are no errors.
The pallets are heat sealed to protect them from any adverse weather conditions and clearly labelled for ease of use on site.
Step 4: Exo Delivery™️
Finally, your order is delivered to site and unloaded in perfect condition.
With our advanced tracking technology, we monitor the progress of each delivery in real-time and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Our drivers follow special delivery instructions to the letter, and assist with the placement of the pallets using our electric pallet trucks.
